The authors have been developing a parallel CAE system for large scale structural analysis, which runs on a PC cluster. This paper describes a large scale static-elastic analysis of bogie truck of railway vehicle using this system. The DOFs of the analyses are 1.78 million and 11.58 million, using tetrahedral linear element and quadratic element, respectively. The peak of the equivalent stress of 11.58 million DOF analysis has been found to be 1.2 times larger than the result of 1.78 million DOF's analysis.
