Nondestructive Detection (NDD) is an active research area. In this paper, we proposed a structure damage detection approached on bispectrum feature extracting and Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) identification. We obtained very high identification accuracy compared with MAC method since that bispectrum possesses of Gaussian noise canceling.
