Abstract
Now, the metallic mold is processed by cutting and EDM. However, there are alsoproblems, like the accuracy fall by moved between MC and EDM. Then, we are developing the compound energy processing machine which gave the EDM function toMC. Thereby, from cutting to EDM can be processed by once chucking. This paperreported the system which controls MC by using a PLHD signal.
