In this research, we focus on a union of a real world and a simulation world to reduce a design lead-time of manufacturing systems. In this paper, we firstly describe current problems for manufacturing design processes using manufacturing system simulation. Secondly in order to solve the problems, we propose an equipment simulation and a system structure using distributed simulation. Finally we briefly show development schedule for the system structure.
