Abstract
There are a lot of problems for the environment in the recycle system society. It is important to learn the education of environment and security in the technology education. The KEMS (Kobe Environmental Management System) has been established. The education system of the mechanical engineering department of KCCT was certificated as KEMS step 2 on February 23, 2005, the level of which is nearly the same as ISO14001 (International Organization for Standardization is called ISO). The methods of instructions and the effect of education through the training course are reported before. We are wrestling it systematically now on a college course and have been accomplishing energy saving, resource saving, waste reduction, the green purchase, the promotion of an environmental education. It is reported about the process and the activity of the acquisition. The system was judged on 2006 in one year after it was certified. It is recognized and the objective regions will escalate from a site of mechanical engineering department to the whole college on 2007.2.
