1302 Law for Emerging Design Framework

Abstract

This paper points out that the framework of design is changing rapidly to incorporate user's judgment, decision and actions more and more, while the user in the traditional design have been expected to perform as the designer intended. And the fusion of software and hardware is quickly progressing. The problem of software is how we can tell its life is over. Thus, when we come to think that more and more human and software aspects are coming into environmental issues, the question arises: would the present framework of law for recycling would be effective?
