This paper describes the driving simulator based on multibody dynamics to represent suspension system considering its geometry. To assure real-time analysis, the computational system was separated to the process of the vehicle dynamic analysis on RTLinux and the process of drawing virtual scene by three-dimensional graphics from analysis results. To improve accuracy of a multibody dynamic analysis, numerical integration methods to solve differential algebraic equations, e.g. Runge-Kutta method, Adams-Bashforth-Moulton method, Gear method and so on, were examined. The stability and efficiency of analysis for real-time computation of multi-body dynamic analysis were evaluated. The results show Adams-Bashforth-Moulton method was faster than the others in computation time, and the standard deviation of its computation time was smaller than the others in the developed driving simulator.
