Abstract
For global warming prevention, energy saving is called for also at the supermarket or the convenience store. In this research, the visualization model of the same size as the system and form was manufactured. Dry ice mist was used for the tracer, the YAG laser light sheet was illuminated from the front of a showcase, and the flow in an air curtain and a shelf space was visualized. PIV was used for the analysis of a flow. And the swirl in a leak and shelf space of an air curtain valuated synthetically. This report takes note of it about a suction mouth position, the establishment of a prevention guide, a suction mouth area, and the influence of the shelf angle. As a result, the suction mouth position is influenced considerably than a suction mouth area. A prevention guide is effective. In addition, a shelf angle doesn't have an influence on a leak.
