Abstract
Recent years, global warming is deteriorating. Energy saving is requested at a refrigeration showcase. It is intrusion heat by the air mixture to influence refrigerating ability of showcase, it is decided depending on the performance of air curtain. In this research, the experimental model of the same size and form of showcase was used. The strength of double air curtain is changed by internal and external flow. The inside of experimental model was cooled by dry ice, thermocouple support board was put in shelf space. The temperature in shelf is measured by thermocouple, the uniformity of temperature in shelf is clarified. This report shows the experimental result that added an angle to shelf. As a result, 0° in angle was better than 5° in angle in cooling in shelf.
