抄録

ORiN (Open Resource Interface for the Network / Open Robot Interface for the Network) is a standardized specification that provides a unified access interface and a data representation to access informational resources in any kinds of equipments in factories, robots, machine tools, PLCs, other various controllers and so on. In this paper, we introduce an outline of ORiN, various activities for the promotion of spreading ORiN by ORiN Forum. And, some case studies of use of ORiN, such as monitoring and control of production lines, are introduced.
