S1103-3-5 遊星ローラ式トラクションドライブの弾性リング破損予兆検知([S1103-3]伝動装置の基礎と応用(3):強度)

抄録

The prognosis for elastic ring breakage of planetary roller type traction drive was investigated. The FFT analysis, the Fractal analysis and the Mahalanobis-Taguchi-Method were used for analysis of torque and vibration signals with operation. The thrice pre-signals were detected by using the M-T Method before the final breakage. The result shows that the M-T Method becomes a useful method for prognosis.
