This paper describes an injection using the ultrasonic wave for automatic blood sampling. In order to reduce the injection force, the injection using the ultrasonic wave is proposed. The new injector that applies the injection method is designed and the result is discussed. The disposable type of injection needle is chosen in this research. The longitudinal wave is employed for the injection. The Langevin vibrator is chosen to vibrate the injector. The maximum vibration velocity of the needle is determined. The horn for amplifying the vibration velocity is designed by employing FEM analysis, and injection force is measured by experiment for injection using ultrasonic wave.
