This paper describes a newly dressing fluids supply method, which is a dressing fluids supply with air mist method in a conventional ELID grinding process. The relationship between current and voltage of initial electrical dressing was investigated. In the ELID-grinding process, the insulating layer can be continuous generated, and it was obtainable a good grinding performance in the grinding process.
