Abstract
In recent years, self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) have attracted much attention to improve the surface properties of solid in nanometer scale. In this study, nanoindentation properties of the solid surface modified by SAMs were investigated and we obtained new results about the nanoindentation behavior of solid surface coated with SAMs.
