At present, education relation has various decreasing birth rate both sides lost motion. in locating in the inside, it institute philanthropy description responsibility activity. taking the effective system as an institute, the proposal is carried out for the cooperation between departments and branches in respect of the activity for the execution it attempts the activation of the education relation activity in the institute individually.
