Abstract
Monitoring physiological data on daily basis will promote health and prevent diseases by detecting warning symptoms. This paper describes a healthcare system that utilizes wearable physiological sensors to monitor pulse, SpO2,body motion, and eye movement. These sensors are linked to a wearable PC, which sends the data to a database server in generalized format. The database holds personal medical records for long term monitoring and for diagnosis by medical doctors. Selection of sensor devices is discussed, and test results of the system are presented.
