It has been supposed that transition of culture was resulted in change of the earthenware style to Yayoi pottery from Jomon pottery. The history of a rice-farming start is going back by archaeological discovery. The transition of culture and the change of an earthenware style are not being in agreement. The authors considered that the change of an earthenware style was aimed the strength and toughness increase of Jomon pottery material.
