To achieve the manufacturing of disks of the accelerator structure for the high gradient field, KEK develops to manufacture high precision disks. In manufacturing high precision disks, it is important for us to make sure the process sheet of the disk and report actual evidence. By this study we report how to manufacture the disks and the criteria of disk.
