A full-wave bridge rectifier with a switch-mode back converter board for vibration-driven MEMS electret generator has been prototyped. From AC output power of 95.3 μW with an electret generator with 16 MΩ internal impedance, 34.2 μW DC output power, which corresponds to a conversion efficiency of 35.9 % has been obtained when the capacitor voltage is kept at half the maximum output voltage of the generator.
