In this study, we report on a blood pressure measurement method based on the arterial tonometry method using the 3-axis force sensor. In this method, we measured the blood pressure by using the normal force and the position gap between sensor and blood vessel. We fabricated a blood pressure measurement sensor, and measured the relationship between the position gap and the ratio of the normal force and the shear force. Since the ratio didn't change by changing the pushing force, we could reduce the errors of blood pressure.
