In this study, we reports on the wearable and cuffless blood pressure measurement device using arterial tonometry method and pulse transit time measurement method. Our device consists of ring device and wrist band device. The ring device has a photoplethysmography (PPG) transmission mode sensor. The wrist band device has a PPG reflective mode sensor and a pressure sensor for tonometry method. We measured the blood pressure by fabricated device, and compare the accuracy of the blood pressure measurement by using arterial tonometry method and pulse transit time measurement method. As a result, it was showed that the accuracy of measurement may improve by using the combination of cuffless blood pressure measurement.
