アルミニウム合金AC7Aの双ロールキャスティング

抄録

Twin roll casting of aluminum alloy AC7A using commercial scale machine was operated. The aims of this study is to investigate the effect of the roll speed on strip surface. It was possible that the strip was produced continuously at the experiment condition of roll speed 10 m/min and 20 m/min, respectively. However, a few cracks were observed on the strip. It was supposed that these cracks were due to solidification crack.
