To establish inverse manufacturing system is strongly required for reducing environmental loads. In this system, products are made from used products, parts and materials taken back from market, not only new ones. Focusing on factories, which produce these products in the inverse manufacturing system, complicated fluctuation of amount, quality and timing of these resources requires these factories very flexible. The purpose of this study is to derive several rules and conditions for operating these factories efficiently, through simulating these factories focused on material flow, considering the fluctuations.
