Abstract
Designing a production line involves section-wide people such as production engineers, machine tool designers, and on-site associates. They participate in the cooperative design review (DR) to construct a better production line. However, in the current DR, there is a limited method to communicate with each other, so it takes time and cost to integrate their ideas. Also, they have different standpoints for evaluating the system, which cause difficulty in decision-making. In this study, we clarify the logical DR method by considering "Think", "Communicate", and "Determine", and develop and verify the production line examination support system by applying it to an actual test case.
