Regarding installation works of nuclear power plant construction has a huge amount of products. Therefore there are some important factors for the effective installation works such as making a detailed construction plan, implementing 'JIT (Just in Time)' for products and drawings according to the schedule, deviations analysis between actual and plan, and carrying out early corrective actions. In this situation, Hitachi has developed and applied integrated construction support system, which enabled an appropriate and timely site management by sharing information between at the job site and the design office, and making the site works into workflow. Lately, as a result of paying attention to management of the installation completion stage, this system has expanded into the hand over control to commissioning phase and the clarifying of backlog. Finally, a consistent site management from installation phase to commissioning phase has been achieved.
