抄録
This paper describes a proposal of KOTO- ward' s Smart Community system with disaster proof consisting of distributed energy resources and multi-energy consumers with information technology. This concept has been emerging in Japan so-called Smart Grid system. However Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology has been studying distributed energy network technology in SMART Task Force standing for SMall Advanced energy Regional Technology (or Town) since 2002. This Task Force had proposed disaster proof type of network systems in the University. Based upon this effort, the new proposal for disaster proof type social community for detailed place in Koto-ward is introduced. And new ideas have been hired in this proposal such as improved Smart meter and Citizen power activation to develop the high security and the most comfortable region.
