In the environmental & energy-effective movement across the world, Japanese regional economies also have to mull over relevant policies and put them to the highest priority in the local governance. Under such circumstances, municipalities should regard renewable energy and its resource as their "regional resource" and take its advantage to the fullest. In this paper, seeking a possibility of hydrogen in the scheme of Smart-Grid to utilize surplus electricity generated by renewable energy and a compatibility of electricity with hydrogen, I try to propose a case study on Smart-Grid including hydrogen energy. It focuses on the value added for tourists based on the affinity of environment and tourism as well as the benefit of Smart-Grid for inhabitants.
