Föhn phenomenon happens sometimes in Japan especially in Spring. For example, when Shizuoka city is 19 °C, Kanazawa city is 27 °C. Wind of humid-rich air blows up from Shizuoka city to the peaks of mountains at the center part of Honshu of Japan, and then it blows down to the Kanazawa city. The specific humidity at saturation at the peaks of the mountains decreases since air temperature drops. Thus, moisture in the air condenses and latent heat is released to the air. The condensed moisture is trapped there and dry air with excess heat blows down to the feet of mountains. As a result of it, temperature at Kanazawa city becomes very high. If this föhn phenomenon could be caused in a machine by utilizing natural energy as a heat source, it may have wide applicability such as air conditioning systems, agriculture vinyl house heating systems and so on. Testing plant development of this system is introduced in this paper.
