Electrode of lithium ion battery is made from powder materials and organic solvent. As the powder materials is more dispersed, performance of battery is better. To quantitate degree of particle dispersion state in slurry is demanded. To realize it, pseudo particle dispersion ratio was defined by controlling the amount of powder materials whose particle size is different. By electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurement of the slurry, two frequencies at peak of different frequency band is obserbed. Influence of pseudo particle dispersion ratio change is expected to appear in low frequency band. In addition, there is a possibility to increase frequency at the peak as pseudo particle dispersion ratio increase.
