Although it can be expected to reduce the environmental load by constructing an independent microgrid which introduces a large amount of photovoltaic power generation (PV) with unstable output. However, it is difficult to normalize power quality. Therefore, the solid oxide fuel cell triple combined cycle (SOFC - TCC) and storage battery are connected to the independent microgrid with solar power generation and heat pump for a suppression of frequency fluctuation. The output of the SOFC - TCC and storage attery are cooperatively controlled. The output of the storage battery is adjusted by PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) control of the inverter, and the output of SOFC - TCC is adjusted by fuel flow rate control. In this paper, frequency analysis of independent microgrid is performed using numerical analysis software MATLAB / Simulink R2014a. In this analysis, the limit capacity of PV and the storage battery which can suppress the variation of frequency of independent microgrid within an allowable range was calculated.
