Abstract
In the present study, a structural change of ice grains induces by recrystallization was observed togather with a measurement of effective dielectric property of ice. Ice grains in fructose solution were preserved for about 40 hours at a certain sub-freezing point temperature. it was found that the peak frequency, at which dielectric loss factor of ice grains is maxmum, changes as geometric parameters of ice, such as mean dimeter and boundary line density changed.
