Abstract
Magnetic adsorption device is the one of the important technological elements indispensable for the development of the robot industry, for example, the wall climbing robot. But, the important problem is that the adsorptive power decreases remarkably on the any convex part, any rivet and any welding part, as compared on a flat iron side. For solving this problem, the movable yoke, as according to the magnetic flux changing, is set in the steady yoke where a permanent magnet was fixed. As a result, the big adsorptive power is obtained such as on the convex part. Moreover, the movable yoke returns to initial posture after separating. The report shows that the new mechanism generates a strong magnetic adsorptive power by using Steady yoke and Movable yoke on the ruggedness iron plate.
