This report, rat's skeletal muscle cell was driven by electrical stimulation, and then We tried to send this drive force to diaphragm style micropump. First we fabricated skeletal muscle cell sheet, which is skeletal muscle on PDMS sheet, to extract drive force from cells. It is known that cells were aligned along micro pattern. Taking advantage of this principle, PDMS sheet was patterned paralle line and space pattern, and then we succeed cells was aligned along this pattern. And we succeed that this pattern was aligned radial to optimize this pattern for diaphragm type micropump and cells was aligned along pattern. Additionally we succeed that skeletal muscle cell sheet was driven by electrical stimulation, and we indicated response to variety frequency.
