Abstract
In this report, a new method is described that cytotoxicity was removed from photo curable resin after solidification in microstereolithography. It was impossible that a using photo curable resin for microstreolithogaraphy to medical device that touched directly cells or living organs, because commercial resin for micorstereolithography had no biocompatibility. Investigating various post-exposure and post-bake conditions revealed a best process of detoxification that was combination of 1hour post-exposure and 6hours post-bake at 200 degrees. Furthermore, evidences that our process prevented cytotoxicity from solving out from solid photo curable resin were explained by ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy.
