Abstract
Though the perceived quality is very important, a useful design framework has never been established. Recently, the development of a haptic technology is actively carried out as a key technology improving the perceived quality. In this study, we discuss a generation of the soft-feel for the rigid surface and focus on the tactile stimulus to the peripheral area of finger and the haptic after effect.
