Abstract
A new electric generator from chemical source based on a piezoelectric fiber and insect tissue for MEMS has been presented. The electricity obtained with this device should enable the control of the new bio micromachine. we cultured and evaluated the dorsal vessel of a grub of Trypoxylus dichotomus as a new driving source. It was shown that the dorsal vessel of the grub was stronger and displacement was larger than the dorsal vessel of a larva of Ctenoplusia agnata. In this paper, the new bio hybrid power generator was made of the dorsal vessel of the grub. As a result, this device generated the electrification of 21.8 pC.
