Recently, the miniaturization of the industrial product is remarkable, and it is predicted that further miniaturization is realized. And, a manipulator which handles those miniaturized industrial products is also desired to be miniaturized small size. In this study, the development of micro gripper fabricated by micro-stereolithography (μ SL) was done. Using micro-stereolithography, elastic modulus of the specific portion of a fabricated minute structure was controlled by changing some fabrication conditions. And test micro gripper with controlled elastic modulus of joint part was developed. The control method of elastic modulus was realized by changing the intensity of the curing laser light and lamination pitch of photopolymer resin.
