Abstract
In this paper, we proposed new fabrication method which constructs micro structure by plant cells. First, culture mold which culture plant cells was fabricated. Then, plant cells were put into the mold and culture them. This method for micro structure has advantages that plant cells fabricate objective structure self organizationally, cost of samples are cheap. In this paper, to pick out best suited mold to culture plant cells, 3 types mold wear manufactured by way of trial. As the result, it was figured out that PDMS mold was the most suitable material to culture plant cells. And the principle that plant cells grow along surface of wall was proved.
