WRCVT is a combination of half toroidal CVT and differential gear. The gear ratio of this power transmission can be changed continuously from forward to reverse. Rubber wheel or brass disk was applied to a power roller, and their characteristics compared. Advantages and disadvantages are clarified from experimental results. Fretting corrosion are disappeared and improve durability. The integrated accelerator signal control system is added to the vehicle to avoid sudden speed changes. Experimental results showed that it is useful for the vehicle.
