We propose a small quadruped robot that climbs a vertical wall. In the area of searching victims at the disaster site, distributed searching by many small robots that can creep into narrow space is more effective. High mobility such as wall climbing is required for such small robot, since the disaster site is an ultimate uneven terrain generally. Therefore, we manufactured a cm-sized quadruped robot equipped with claw feet which have compliance for wall-climbing. The developed robot realized to climb 75 degrees slope.
