Abstract

The low back pain of nurses is a serious and social problem. The purpose of this study is to develop a self-learning system for body mechanics, which is, for example, used by nursing course students. In this paper, we newly try to measure and evaluate a twist angle of the upper body. The validity of the proposed system is shown by experiments with bed making.
