1A2-O07 Development of a Contracture Prevention Device(Nursing and Mechatronics)

Abstract

We have been developing a contracture prevention device for reducing the burden of a physiotherapist. To prevention articular contracture is needed a treatment by a physiotherapist. Our device can give the movement to patient finger, the movement is similar to the movement of performed by physiotherapists. We designed a wire drive system using one DC motor, it is a small mechanism and light weight.
