This paper presents a novel nanoinjection method embedding by a fluorescent nanobead based on nanomanipulation system inside hybrid microscope for single cell analysis for in-vivo experiment. The hybrid microscope is consist of optical microscope (OM) and environmental- scanning electron microscope (E-SEM). It is realized bio-nanomanipulation system by optical analysis including fluorescent imaging, and nanoscale manipulation by E-SEM imaging. A nanoinjection method was proposed by manipulating nanoprobe attached a nanobead. The nanoprobe is designed to have four tips to fix a nanobead. The nano-scale size is important for minimal damage to the biological specimen. The Caenorhabditis elegans (C. elegans) was used as a target biological specimen, which is one of the important model organism. The proposed system is considered to be important as future nanosurgery system for life innovation using model organism.
