Abstract
The human detection from video sequence is important in a monitoring camera system and a robot vision. As the method, we use Cubic Higher-Order Local Auto Correlation Feature (CHLAC Feature). CHLAC extends Higher-Order Local Auto Correlation (HLAC) to three dimensions. CHLAC has position invariability and additivity. We make CHLAC modules to use robots with Open-RTM-aist. Open-RTM-aist is published by New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO). And we published these components in IREX2011. As a result, our method was effective to human detectors.
