Now, service using an IC card increases quickly and IC cards are indispensable to our life. However, since the expenses of introduction or maintenance management including new issue of IC cards are high, for small and medium-sized enterprises, introduction is difficult for the actual condition. Then, IC card authentication system VRICS was developed for the purpose of enabling use of all the services with one card. In this research, in order to develop the service which can be used with the IC student identification card, the physical access control system which uses a robot gate and a student identification card is developed.
