It is required to construct network of monitoring equipment which measures seismic waves and tsunami to coastal sea area around Japan. In this study, it is proposed to supply electricity to the equipment by tidal power generator. The tidal power generator is moored and suspended in water current like a "streamer" and it generates electricity by rotation of propeller. In order to accelerate current around propeller, a broadened cylinder called "Shroud" is attached to the generator. A new type of shroud "double-cone structure" is designed according to the result of fluid analysis and it achieves high current acceleration. The validity of those propositions is verified by experiment in water.
