抄録
We propose a new type of CVT in which the links of the quadric-crank-chain were mounted without friction conduction, with a belt and roller. Since the proposed mechanical design is not based on friction conduction, it provides a advantage mechanistic rationale that creates no noise and no slip, and maintains high transmission efficiency. Also, the appropriate geometrical condition of the links of the quadric crank chain was analyzed.
