Abstract
The purpose of this work is to develop a flat electromagnetic wobble motor which is 30mm in diameter and 5mm in thickness can be applied to portable electric equipments. In this paper, we have developed high torque model of flat electromagnetic wobble motor with HB-type magnetic drive by applying bias magnetic flux. Structure, magnetic design of HB-type magnetic circuit and gear design of the motor are presented. Motor drive experiments show that reduction ratio, maximum rotational speed and maximum torque of the motor were 360step/rev, 6.8rps and 1.15mNm, respectively.
