Abstract
For an amphibious robot based on eccentric paddle mechanism, two paddling gaits are available, namely rotational and oscillating paddling gaits. In this paper, the principle, standard gait sequence, and experiment facility of the oscillating paddling gait are proposed. Experiments are used to verify the proposed idea.
