In this study, to support handicapped people such as hemiplegia, a life support system termed as REACH: Robotic Enhanced Assistant Conquering Handicaps. The system focuses on daily frequent and insignificant tasks, which are annoying caregivers and make handicaps hesitating to request supports. Thus, the proposed system does not have functions to assist daily infrequent and hard tasks such as bathing, lavatory and so on. In addition to this, a point of view of rehabilitations, tasks which handicaps can do easily or with working hard, will not be supported by the proposed system: handicaps must do tasks categorized as above. To achieve above-mentioned tasks, the proposed system consists with three modules: controlling interface, server which recognizing requests and classifying tasks, and physical agents that are designed as a mobile robot. In this paper, the agenda for designing latest version of the physical agent is proposed. Based on three step method recorded in ISO12100:2010, the agenda reduce risks, which are estimated by the risk assessment based on ISO/IEC Guide 51.
